It seems that listing your business in multiple locations in Local Business Listing (LBL) has the negative impact of splitting the strength of your listings. This is very unfavorite to franchaised business that have multiple locations. Currently, we have three offices in Metro city, and once we added another location to Google Maps, the ranking suddently dropped down.
